Methodology
You should be able to check every number we give you. This is exactly how the score is calculated — and what it cannot tell you.
Only questions where the customer doesn’t name you count toward the score — they ask for what they need, or whom to choose. Questions about your company and its alternatives are reported separately. When AI recommends product brands instead of shops, they don’t count as your competitors — the report lists them separately.
